CABLE-P4 is A Galvanized Two-Speed Cable Puller that is great for use in horizontal pulling applications such as positioning equipment, stringing lines and emergencies. Can be used in both single and double-line pulling applications. The single-line capacity 2000 pound capacity with a single-line cable length of 1/4" x 120" and a double-line capacity of 4000 pounds. Handle ratchets to take-up cable. When handle is rotated all the way back, the cable reel will free-wheel. Not for use in vertical lifting applications.MFG# CABLE-P4
