Zinsser 12 Oz Watertite Etch and Cleaner is a sulfuric acid-based etching and cleaning solution. Ideal for removing tough, caked-on efflorescence and excess mortar build-up on concrete, stone, brick, tile and galvanized metal when mixed. This solution quickly restores a stain free surface and also preps it for painting, patching or waterproofing. Use a wire brush to scrape off loose mortar or dirt before applying.
