ACCUFORM Ball Valve Lockout 0.375-1.25"Lockout devices control energy sources and ensure machines and equipment remain inoperable to prevent unexpected start-up or release of stored energy in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 requirements.
Works with ball valve handles either perpendicular or parallel to pipe and secures with padlock (not included)
Includes label printed with OSHA Danger header and message that reads LOCKED OUT with space to write more information as needed
Fits 3/8" - 1 1/4" Ball Valve and handle up to 5/8" W x 1/4" thick (approximate overall size: 3 1/8" x 4 1/2" x 4 1/2".)
