Prevents unauthorized, accidental plug-in of a power cord leading to equipment and machinery
Easy to use - insert the electrical cord through the side opening, line up the lock-hole tabs, and lock out with padlock and lockout tag (not included)
Fits most 110 VAC plugs up to 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 2" with cord diameter up to 1/2"
Includes "DANGER LOCKED OUT" labels (English, Spanish, and French) with space to write more information as needed
The all-plastic construction is dielectric, RoHS compliant, and resists temperature variations
