Luster Delimer Zero Phosphates Liquid Concentrate, Open Loop, 1 Gallon, Case Of 4For all food contact surfaces and objects: Remove food particles by flushing, scraping and, when necessary, soaking
Wash thoroughly with a good detergent or compatible cleaner and rinse with potable water before application of sodium hypochlorite solution
Wet all surfaces thoroughly with Chlorine Sanitizer solution by immersion, flooding or spraying
Contact time must be at least 2 minutes
Drain solution and air dry
Do not wash with potable water after sanitizing
Chlorine Sanitizer solutions must not be re-used. Always prepare a fresh batch for each sanitizing cycle and discard any remaining solution after use, as it may lose strength or become contaminated
Prepare a fresh solution daily if the old solution becomes diluted or soiled
