Use the NIBCO 4 in. x 3 in. ABS DWV 90 Hub x Hub Closet Elbow to change the direction or size of a pipe. The ABS DWV 90 degree water closet elbow features a spigot x hub connection and is specially designed to connect to the bottom of the closet flange. Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) is resistant to a wide variety of materials ranging from sewage to commercial household chemical formulations and can be exposed to a wide temperature span.- Do not use primer with ABS
