This gate closer is ideal for new and existing gate systems, both residential and commercial gates, pool gates and any application where the gate must close automatically for safety and security. This gate closer mounts on opening side of gate, pushing the gate closed. The TB250 /450 /650 closers are not compatible with gates less than 30 in. W also to retain product warranty and restrict gate opening angle, a gate stop must be installed.
