The EVERPURE ESO7 filter cartridge delivers a unique three-stage blending design to provide softened / buffered / filtered water for specialty coffee, espresso, and iced tea. It utilizes ion exchange resin with buffering capabilities and high capacity coconut carbon filtration. The buffering agent prevents water from becoming too acidic, and a small amount of carbon filtered water bypasses the softening resin to allow for proper initial hardness.
