The Tectite by Apollo 3/4 in. Brass Quarter Turn Push-To-Connect x 3/4 in. Garden Hose Thread No-Kink Quarter-Turn Hose Bibb is an easy way to install a new or replacement hose bibb. The valve is designed for potable water and hydronic applications where a shut-off is needed. Tectite by Apollo push-to-connect stop valves are the cleanest and simplest way to gain flow control on copper, CPVC, PE-RT and PEX pipe without the use of tools, solder, open flame or glue. Simply insert the pipe to allow the high-strength stainless steel teeth to grip the pipe securely against the specially designed O-ring. Valve removal and reuse is just as simple using a simple demount clip (sold separately). After assembly, fittings may be rotated for simpler installation in tight spaces.
