Riveted through the steel pan are 1/2in.-thick gray vinyl cushioning that will provide years of dependable use. Footrest ring is securely bonded to each leg with four spotwell contact points. Height-adjustable legs extend from 19in. to 27in. in 1-inch increments and adjustable padded backrests can be moved 2in. up and down or forward and back.
