About This Product
ROBERTS 7200HP High-Performance Base Bond is a superior-grade, solvent-free adhesive specifically formulated for the interior installation of vinyl, rubber and carpet wall base. The tenacious wet-suction capabilities of this adhesive make it ideal for use over porous wall surfaces such as gypsum drywall, brick, concrete block, wood, properly cured plaster, and concrete. Powered by Microban, this antimicrobial product protection helps fight the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria that can cause product degradation. For a 4 in. wall base, coverage is approximately 17-20 linear feet per 11 oz. It has up to 10 minute open time, up to 30 minutes working time, and a 24-48 hour curing time. It offers a 2-year shelf life from date of production when stored in original unopened container, a 10-year limited adhesive bond warranty, and a lifetime warranty for installations performed by a Flooring Industry Association Certified Professional. This is a low VOC, environmentally friendly formulation with low odor, that is odorless when dry. VOC less than 1 g/L.
